  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

    Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to proceed.

  • In most cases, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us.

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within up to 14 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
